Aegis Academy of Martial Arts' Command and Tactics course is a foundational study of tactical leadership on the battlefield, in the boardroom and in life. In this course you will learn tactics for conflict management and conflict resolution while developing your own leadership skills.

Conflict is inevitable whether you're on the battlefield, on the job, or dealing with your children. Rather than being upset by conflict, you can learn that conflicts are systems that you can objectify, model, analyze and manage.

In this class, you will learn how to manage and resolve conflict in by drawing upon literally thousands of years of compiled knowledge and understanding distilled into a six month introduction to the art. You will learn about your own unique leadership style and build your skills as you study command and its tools. You will study masters in the field of conflict from Sun Tzu and Musashi to Frontinus and Hannibal as well as modern psychology and the negotiating tactics used in corporate America and the U.S. Army.

This course draws upon literally thousands' of years of compiled knowledge and understanding in the fields of tactics, conflict management and resolution, and leadership.
